When I began creating content for Unvoiced, our goal wasn’t to chase viral moments. It was to reach grieving people who often felt alone and create a space where they could feel understood. Grief is deeply personal, which meant every piece of content had to be created with empathy, intention, and authenticity.
The Challenge
Unvoiced had an important mission, but like many growing organizations, we needed to expand our reach while staying true to our message. We weren’t interested in creating content just for views—we wanted to build a genuine community around grief, healing, and hope.
My Strategy
I developed and managed Unvoiced’s TikTok presence with a focus on consistency, storytelling, and community engagement.
My approach included:
Developing a consistent posting schedule
Creating authentic short-form videos centered around CJ’s story and the mission of Unvoiced
Responding to comments and engaging with our growing community
Following trends only when they naturally supported our message
